Sendai, Japan |
January 2012
We hosted quilting classes to reach out, encourage and cultivate community among women in local churches and homeless shelters.
India |
February 2012
We hosted a Business As Mission Conference, as well as teaching and leadership training for ministry.
Mexico |
March 2012
The ALC team, 39 students and 15 adults, built 2 houses and helped with community outreach including a VBS. We partnered with YUGO ministries in Ensenada, Mexico.
Alaska, Kokrine Hills Bible Camp | June 8-17, 2012
Cost: roughly $1400
We will be working on various construction projects in order to improve the camp and get ready for summer camps for Native Alaskan kids. Contact Judy Boersma at judy@coolchurch.com or 503-658-8271 for more information.
Uganda, Seeta Adventure Village
3 Week Team: June 14-July 7, 2012 or 4 Week Team: June 14-July 14, 2012
Cost: roughly $3500
We will be serving the orphans and “mums” of Adventure Village by continuing the construction of the on-site primary school and providing VBS and women’s ministry opportunities. Cambodia |
June 16-27, 2012
Cost: $1800-$2200
We will be partnering with a local church and our ALC long term missionaries Jeff & Channy Rasmussen. We will be teaching English classes, hosting hygiene clinics and working on projects to support the local church. This trip is full.
Italy, Old Mill Camp | July 19-31, 2012 (This trip is FULL.)
Cost: roughly $2500

We will be partnering with the local churches by hosting medical, dental and hygiene clinics along with doing various building projects. Jackson & Eve Senyonga- Uganda, Christian Life Ministries – over the past 13 years, the combined ministries of Christian Life Church and CLM have helped to dramatically transform Uganda by spreading the gospel through the creation of a media ministry, an orphan village, and 1,000 satellite churches throughout Uganda.www.christianlifeministries.org
